- What happens after I pay?
- Stripe sends you a receipt and starts your subscription. Within a few business days, our team will reach out to confirm the details we should publish on your listing. Once your listing is reviewed and published, you'll see the changes live on FinalPaws.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes. Both plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled any time from your Stripe customer portal. Your enhanced or featured placement remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- Does a paid listing guarantee calls or customers?
- No. Paid placement does not guarantee leads, calls, customers, search ranking, or endorsement by FinalPaws. It improves visibility within the directory and adds richer information to your profile, but outcomes depend on many factors outside any directory's control.
- Is featured placement available in every city?
- Featured city placement is subject to market availability. Some cities may already have a featured provider or may have limits on how many featured placements we'll list. If a city is unavailable, we'll let you know before charging or refund any payment.
- Can FinalPaws edit my listing copy?
- Yes. We may edit, condense, or decline copy that includes unsupported claims, unverifiable services, misleading wording, or content that doesn't fit our listing standards. We aim for calm, factual descriptions that families can trust.
- Is FinalPaws a pet cremation provider?
- No. FinalPaws is a directory and listing platform. We are not a cremation, veterinary, burial, or euthanasia provider, and we don't perform aftercare services ourselves. We help families find and compare local providers.
